Zawgyi Supply Chain is looking for a Management Office Executive in our Yangon Office to join the Management Office Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to enable the execution of process improvement projects and ensure that critical activities are delivered on time across all work streams.
Duties include analyze and measure effectiveness of existing processes, develop and implement system improvements, coordinate and monitor standardized and optimized processes, track critical program milestones, generate timely status reports and assist Managing Director and Supply Chain Director with OPEX and Sustainability projects.
Key Accountabilities:
Support MD and SCD with the planning, implementation, establishment and management of programs and projects
Review program deliverables to ensure timely completion of milestones by respective work steam leads, support and escalate when required
Produce timely & accurate program performance reports, including exec level presentations
Liaise with key program stakeholders and ensure process delivery across the workstreams
Facilitate meetings and ensure clear communication of outcomes
Occasional local travels may be required
Skills and Qualifications:
Degree holder in relevant discipline
Minimum two years full-time work experience
Excellent problem-solving, quantitative and critical reasoning skills
Possess sound judgment, ethical thinking and business acumen
Demonstrated strong performance in Project/Change Management and data analysis
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to excellence and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks, excellent time management and prioritization skills
Well versed in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiar with Sustainability, Ethics and Compliance, Risk Management
Knowledge on ISO standards and auditing process is a plus

As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management. At ZGSCL, you will learn how to create value for customers by providing them with simple, fast and reliable solutions.
Expand your portfolio of skills with us. Zawgyi Supply Chain’s import/export business covers everything from handling information flow (from orders, shipments and invoices from clients) to managing port and customs clearance operations, coordinating delivery routes from ports/warehouses to customer’s destinations, and more.
Our third-party logistics (3PL) warehousing and logistics business provides inventory management and transportation of various consumer goods. You will be working with reputable names, as many of our clients are multi-national companies and local conglomerates.

Customer Service
Customs Clearance
Warehousing and Inventory Control
Logistics and Transportation
Regulatory Services
HR/Marketing/Finance/IT
Based on where you are rotated to, you may be required to be based in various work locations in the Yangon area. This includes ports, airports, clients’ warehouses, and ZGSCL’s warehouses in industrial zones.
Throughout your internship, you will be mentored by senior staff members – these are invaluable learning experiences that can quickly build up your repertoire of skills and industry knowledge. At the conclusion of your internship, you are expected to present the results of your projects to the leadership team and possibly, a wider audience.
