We are committed to the highest standards of business ethics by living the values and behaviors. This is embodied in our Code of Conduct and further supported by our policies and standards and relevant industry standards and regulations.
Code of Conduct applies to everyone in Zawgyi and to those we do business with. These are mandatory business ethics and behaviors to demonstrate integrity and fairness in everything we do at Zawgyi.
Our Code of Conduct may not address every situation you might encounter. Use judgment and common sense or ask your line manager if you are in doubt. Report any potential or actual breaches of Code and policies to Managing Director immediately.
We treat compliance as non-negotiable and we promote open culture in Zawgyi that encourages everyone to do the business with integrity and in an ethical way.
